Coffee, bistro, takeaway and the everyday shop. Today’s opening hours are on its own page, as they change with the season.
Every booking is made and managed by Landal, so dates, lodge requests, cots and high chairs go through them. The team on the park cannot amend a booking.
New arrival? Your main gate code is in your contactless check-in email, and your lodge key has a gate fob attached for the rest of your stay. Lodges are ready from 4pm; the park is signposted from the gate.
Short answers to what comes up most. Everything else is in the full FAQ.
Check-out is by 10am. Leave your key in the key safe outside your lodge door — there is nothing else to do and nobody to hand it to.
We cannot offer a late check-out; the turnaround between guests is tight.
Twice a day — between 8am and 8.30am, and again between 1.30pm and 2pm. The maintenance team checks the water and the condition of the tub, so please be out of the water at those times.
The full hot tub rules are in the FAQ under The Lodges.
Every lodge has its own Wi-Fi, and there are Wi-Fi spots around the park. Mobile signal is limited and depends on your network, so Wi-Fi calling is worth turning on.

There is also a covered BBQ and picnic shelter out on the green if you would rather cook away from the lodge.
Two local places deliver to the lodges:
The Command Post does not deliver, but you can order ahead from the takeaway menu and collect.
Yes — most of the major supermarkets deliver here. Give your lodge number and name when you place the order; most drivers have been before and will come straight to the lodge. You will need to be there to take the delivery.
There is one Pod Point on the park with charging for two cars. Bring your own cable. In the Pod Point app the charger is Lars-Dean, PPID PG-86270.
No loud music or noise after 11pm, and no large groups or parties. Dogs should never be left alone in the lodge.
The rest of the park rules are in the FAQ.
