Guests are responsible for providing and replenishing their own groceries, toiletries, cleaning products, and household essentials throughout their stay. We do not restock or replenish, and only a small selection of basics is provided on arrival to help you get started.

We are surrounded by ancient woodland, so you will see spiders, field mice, deer, badgers, muntjac, flying insects, bats, birds of prey and many more native wildlife.

The lead party member is responsible for making sure all members of their party adhere to the rules and guidelines, use the hot tub at their own risk and take sole responsibility.
Due to the time it takes our maintenance team to drain and refill the hot tubs after each departure, we will do our very best to have your tub temperature ready for you to enjoy upon arrival; however, this cannot be guaranteed.
Please do not use the hot tub on the day of checkout due to our maintenance team needing to drain, clean and refill it.
Please take care regarding entering and exiting the tub due to slippery surfaces. The decking area can be slippery when icy or wet.
Do not swallow hot tub water, as it contains chemicals.
Please ensure to remove your jewellery before entering the tub to prevent tarnishing.

Our maintenance technicians will visit your tub twice daily to monitor the quality of the water and ensure all is working correctly.

Our check-in is fully contactless. From 4 pm, the lead booker will receive the email letting you know your lodge is ready, and you can head straight there. No need to visit the reception.

Your key safe is located next to your lodge door.

As we are a green park, we avoid printing and paperwork to help the environment. Contactless emails also ensure guests have a smooth arrival, without queues.

Our park is signposted from the entrance, and all lodges are clearly marked.
Continue driving for one mile from the main gate, through the woodland, and you will find the overflow car park, the Command Post Bistro, and all lodges.
You are welcome to arrive from 1 pm, and enjoy walking the trails or have refreshments at The Command Post (Bistro). Please ensure you park at the overflow car park beside the Bistro, located 1 mile from the entrance gate through the woods.
Please join the Wi-Fi to ensure you receive the contactless email, as we have limited service at The Park.
Please do not park by the lodges whilst waiting for your check-in email, as the staff will be preparing them for your arrival.
