Established in 1987 Prestige Homeseeker Park and Leisure Homes Ltd are a leading manufacturer of park homes and leisure lodges.

With a reputation for quality and innovation, Prestige have built thousands of new Park Homes and Holiday Lodges for customers all over the UK.

For more than 30 years Prestige have focused their efforts on one simple, straightforward mission – helping people realise a new lifestyle of owning and enjoying a Park Home or Holiday Lodge and working together with their customers to ensure a pleasurable home buying experience.

The Early Days

Based in Northamptonshire, the company began trading as Homeseeker in 1987. Prestige followed later, commencing manufacturing of homes at their Kettering site in 2007. 2007/08 also saw Homeseeker move to a larger, purpose built premises in Rushden

In the years following the establishment of Prestige, manufacturing capacity tripled, culminating in the acquisition in 2013 of Homeseeker to further increase capacity. The two evolving brands formally merged in 2016 to creating the highly regarded Prestige Homeseeker brand.

Over subsequent years the company has continued to successfully grow and develop whilst retaining a family-focused approach to design, home building and customer service – values which remain fundamental to the culture of the business.

Beautifully Built

With a growing local workforce of over 470 employees, and an extensive team of skilled craftsmen using world class manufacturing techniques, Prestige remains a market leader in the Park Home and Holiday Lodge Industry, designing and constructing intelligent homes that are beautifully built and compliant with BS3632.

Each lodge designed and built for Prestige’s customers is hand-built using a combination of high-tech processes and traditional artisan skills, with all manufacturing now taking place in surroundings where stringent safety measures are in place to protect employees, their families and the wider community whilst ensure the team can continue to work together whilst protecting each other.

Prestige Factory in Rushden, Northamptonshire

Prestige also have one of the largest and most extensive permanent showgrounds in the UK, where customer can view numerous models all in one place with the guidance of a member of the friendly and knowledgeable sales team where required. Virtual appointments are offered when customers are unable to visit in person but viewing in person is highly recommended.

Showground and Factory at Rushden

Customers find that visiting the showground gives the most fascinating insights into the business. A truly worthwhile experience, answering all those burning questions with honesty and transparency. It also gives customer the opportunity to seeing first-hand exactly what goes into building a Prestige holiday lodge and park home, witnessing the high level of quality and craftsmanship at every stage of the build, to give their customers the peace of mind of knowing that their new home will stand the test of time.

Going Back to Our Roots

As the company has continued to grow, home designs and manufacturing techniques have continued to develop and the brand has also continued to evolve – 2021 saw the relaunch of the ‘Prestige’ with a new and fresh branding. To support Prestige’s customer’s, a new website and brochures were launched alongside the new branding.

Forging Forward

With the country gradually exiting a long winter lockdown and summer drawing ever nearer, UK Holiday are proving to be in very high demand. Many families are choosing the security of holidaying in the UK rather than travel overseas. Holiday parks are proving enormously popular with particularly high demand for the carefully crafted Prestige lodges that ensure a luxurious break away in high-quality surroundings, guaranteed to make every stay feel really special.

As the ‘Holistay’ boom continues, Prestige’s growth and success also continues with the exciting development of a new factory to extend their facilities in Rushden and support the increased demand from the Holiday Lodge market.

Expected to be fully operational in late Summer of 2021, the new factory will see a significantly increase in manufacturing capacity and local job creation, as well as bringing the whole Prestige team together at their Shipton Way premises.
